The time has come to sell our much loved Established family run Carp Fishery in Brittany.

Owned and lived at for the last 25 years.

The Property is all Freehold it consists of a beautiful tree lined mature English Style Estate Lake of just under 5 Acres complete with a fully restored spacious traditional Breton stone house that Overlooks the lake from the Living room and master bedroom.

That whole site is just under 14 Acres in total.

The Lake is stocked with carp to over 65lbs including 3 x 60lb plus commons that have all been grown on by us over the last 25 years. Average weight is High thirties.

There are full Anglers facilities in a purpose built wooden anglers cabin that has just been refitted this year. The cabin is connected to mains water, electricity and a fully conforming septic tank.

The House is 100m2, all the renovation work has been done by us to a very high standard and quality materials used as this is our actual home.
The house can be easily extended should you wish as there is a very large garage attached to the house of over 65m2 that houses 5 cars that could easily be knocked through to integrate it with the main house.

The site is fully fenced, the anglers have their own access road to the lake.

There is also a totally private garden and terrace for the house so if you are looking to live on site and not rent the house out with the lake like us you have a lovely enclosed space where u won’t be disturbed. We currently have a Hot Tub, large patio and bbq in this area with a turfed lawn.

The Sale also includes a Fully operational Bait Factory on site where we roll all our own bait for the lake, it is capable of producing 150kg of boilies a day, a Professionally built Website that we can transfer to you and also a large industrial storage tent of 140m2 used for wood and machinery storage.
