If anyones considering mixing and matching Matrix net products, or is in the market for a extending handle, the Matrix extending handle is quality, very rigid and weighs only 344g

For quality and price I don't think you can beat the Tacklebox Darent valley nets.

Custom Angling Solutions are releasing a new net shortly which may be worth waiting on. No idea on price/handle options but the brief videos from CA make it sound a great bit of kit (although they obviously would).

I have recently purchased the matrix net. I swapped the arms over to my 20 year old north western arms and it super light. 550 grams. Only had two fish with it so far. It seems to be rigid enough and very easy to assemble.

Still got my Chiltern net from Stuart, quite a bit heavier but more rigid.Slightly harder to assemble but not a problem.

Speak to Johnson Ross about the Matrix Innovation 3K landing net, one of the best nets in market and they will customize it to what you want, short handles are available off the shelf.
£ for £ it's probably the best net on the market without paying for a top end rod makers attempt at a net.
Do your homework, its very very light and very very stiff.

Free Spirit S lite.
Better than my fres spirit s net which I have since they first came out.
Both are great s lite is a bit better.
Both have two four foot handles.
Just depends if the 3ft is a game changer

I've got the Nash scope black ops net, it's been fine so far. They are expensive but my local did a good deal on it.

After having god knows how many nets, I'm looking to get a good quality 2 piece. Is there anyone who makes a quality net like a Chris brown that comes either as an extending handles or a 2 piece so it packs away to 3ft.
