Will it win carpy prizes on the bank.....no. Is it cheap...yes. is it easy to put up and break down..yes. Does it keep you warm and dry with the 2nd skin..yes. Does it do what's needed ...yes.
A small compact bivvy that will suit some but not all. No complaints at all.
