Can't help you on the actual fishing in that area ...but you will need a Valencian fresh water license i think there are a couple of on-line sites that you can use or the best bet is go to a local tackle shop and they will help for a fee
againn not sure how long it will take BUT dont fish without a license it will end in tears and be expensive ....or if you use FB then join a group called ...places to fish in costa blanca south and im sure they will point in the right direction
