Waking up an old thread.
Off to oxlease for 3 nights with a few friends I haven't fished with for years.
Never been here before so haven't got a clue what to expect?
Can anyone offer any pointers, better areas.. etc

Was on Hunts corner last week and they were taking my mates bait off during the night. Interestingly he was on sweet flavoured baits and I was on a fish based boilies. He had trouble, but I didn't. They did take one of my pineapple wafters though.

I have fished it a lot over the years mate and never had any problems on Oxlease with the Crays anytime. Seen the odd one in the edge but that's it.

Thanks

On a social soon and just found out there's crayfish in there. Are they much of an issue on there?
