When sitting nicely, I think the slip D has the edge for wafters, D rig for pop ups ......but a rig that is not tangled and resets is always more reliable. It's all about peace of mind.

Slip D more likely to tangle/have bait wrap around hook shank. People will say that this can be eliminated with foam or a bag etc, but it only has to be ejected once or messed with by silvers and the same can happen.

Not a lot of difference other than hooklink material. Personally prefer slip d

Yes very different, although either can be use with wafter hookbaits.

Is there much different between these two? Was thinking of trying one for wafters
