First time ordering from the site and first time buying CC Moore except hook baits and liquids.

Thought the site was good and service good.

I ordered shelf life dumbbells and found about half of them I can't even break between my fingers and I have to use a bait drill on them as they're so hard. I've never found that with any other brand's boilies that I've used in the past. Is that normal for CC Moore? The half that aren't so dry seem much nicer although I did catch a few fish.

Why did you decide to use this particular platform? Others are much easier to use. If you are looking for a platform for business development, it should be as clear and easy to use as possible. It would help if you immediately understood how and what works in it so that no additional questions arise later, after which you will need to find additional specialists. So if you have been looking for such a platform for a long time, you can look closely at https://www.atwix.com/services/migration-to-magento-2/. For me, it was quite convenient and easy to use. Is there anyone here who has already used it?

Long time CCM customer for many years and for what it's worth I think the new website is great, no issues with it at all.

As for the bait, I've always done well on it, but I flipped this year across to Baitworks (Atlantic Heat and Royal Marine) and with a 15% off deal I wound up paying under £6 a kilo buying 60kg with a mate taking 10kg. I also traditionally spend a fortune on matching liquids and glugs but have you seen how expensive the own brand liquids are? Changed that also this year and moved to AA Baits, and have picked two nice hydrolysate's as they do some cracking deals on 2.5 and 5 litre liquids.

I also can't remember CCM doing any 10,15,20 percent off deals like others do.

Take a look at Active Bait Solutions. Geoff’s bait knowledge is about as good as it gets so at least that will help with the confidence bit of the change over.

Ive been fishing over 40 years to a decent level been through all the making my own bait phase .. Squid and Octopus what a smell that made .. but would have loved the chance to buy proven quality baits at that price .. I think the issue is so much competition I pay far too much for Sticky Krill per kg and am currently looking at options both from smaller companies and the big players ..it's virtually impossible to be confident in a change of bait.. so yes the big name companies with flash packaging and proven catches in all the online outlets are going to be popular.. I'm leaning toward the oxford bait company for a tigernut mix but thats a huge change from krill but my fingers should smell nicer end of a session.. I've got to the stage of really not knowing which way to turn... and the CC moore range is well priced in those deals..

Let's put it another way then, todays instant anglers. Fancy packaging doesn't catch fish but there is certainly a market for it.

maybe just being competitive on price with so many companies discounting now doesn't make them a noddy shop or bait if they are still performing well... bit of an unnecessary muggy comment really but each to their own..

Just tried that, they dont appear in the product drop down on the front page. Wow look at those prices.
Moore's seem to be a one stop noddy shop these days, they used to be a decent bait and feed outlet back in the day. No need for fancy packaging and social media bull**** back then either.

I've Just had a look ...as someone who'd not looked before I found it pretty straight forward .. I think most sites you are used to when they change you don't like it but normally after a short time see why the changes were made. Is Live system any good prices are very fair in bundle deals....

Very disappointed with the new one after how long they kept on about it, think the older one was more easier to find items

I found it a bit of a mess to navigate at first to be honest. Got the hang of it now. My only issue is that the search function seems very hit and miss and a couple of times it’s only let me put in half a word.

Since they stopped making the equinox i dont use their bait anymore (apart from northern specials but I'll just buy them from a shop) so i hadnt looked at the new site. I had a look this morning and it certainly looks better than the old one

If you create a new account, you get a 5% discount, plus a further 5% on your first order.

Personally, I prefer the old website, much clearer in my opinion. But I guess it's worth putting up with it for a 10% discount.

Personally think it’s much better than the old one, it’s a lot clearer and much more professional. Didn’t struggle finding anything and it’s very easy to use, I don’t have an account with them though so don’t know about logging in. Only bait of there’s I use is the northern specials that’s it

They sent email to all existing members a few months ago saying update your log in details or it wont work on the new site that may be the issue

Personally i have no issues with the site i think the old one looked dated this looks more modern and had no problems navigating. Its also mobile compatible which the old old definitely wasnt.

My only issue is i dont have the option to pick up order from my local CC Moore shop now like i used to which used to save me a drive to the factory to collect of postage.

It's crap - just thought I'd make my thoughts known. There was nothing wrong with the previous version, now I have problems logging in every time I visit the site and the general feel and look of the new one is just, well, crap. Not just me btw, as a couple of mates have had the same issues with it. Ended up buying from Johnson Ross and not direct from them. Annoying, as that obviously adds cost to my order. Nice one CCM
