Not that I know of, I think it's the swivels that's the issue, as korda had to get theses made to a higher tolerance so the weights fit.

You don't need to go as heavy as you may think with these, the .30g sank a 15mm pop up with ease when I tested in the sink. Would say you would only need to go heavier for a larger pop or a corkball...

I have had 4 fish since using them to be honest. I was concerned by the colour but doesn't seem to matter at the moment!

To be fair they did say on release they have to fit with Korda size 11 swivels as different manufacturers vary slightly in sizes.

I have been looking at them, they look like a great idea, as has been said I would possibly prefer a darker colour, although saying that I've got a couple of the Jag hook pens to stop corrosion which would do the job

I like the idea I really do but I don't like the colour, I would prefer a more hidden colour like a dark brown, green or even black. Just thing the silver colour wouldn't look right

Blimey 50 grammes is not far short of 2oz. That's a hell of a balance weight.

I don't know if any of you have managed to get your hands on these yet, I ordered a mixed pot and got them yesterday! I would definitely recommend buying a mixed pot and playing around with your chosen hook baits and hooks, because it turns out that my two combinations, A DT baits zinger pop-up in 15mm and 12mm with Korda wide gapes in 4&6 respectively will only require purchasing the 50g weights.

The 50g weight sinks my hook and bait quickly (using a Ronnie) but the 45g weight means the whole thing floats to the surface like a rubber dinghy, So if I use these weights there is no slow sinking hook bait for me!

With the 12mm bait on a size 6, even the smallest 30g weight was way too heavy!

I would also say that you have to buy the Korda size 11 ring swivels. They were the only one that I had (and I have loads from different manufacturers) that they would fit. Surprise surprise. I wasn't too keen to manipulate them to fit either as I felt I would snap them.

This may be just waffle but may help some of you....
