Sometimes I get a crappy looking ad (by which I mean mainly text as opposed to flashy picture) which covers the whole screen.
I've had this on both mobile/ipad and PC
Sometimes it goes once the page in the background has finished looking, other times I just click to the side of it and it goes.
I'm not even sure what the advert was for (it was so boring looking I never read it!)
I will take a look at Google AdSense (which provides the ads to the site) and see if I can somehow make things better.
Added to my ToDo list for tonight, pushing Xmas shopping down to priority #2

I'm guessing you two have been looking at porn sites 
I don't do that, im guessing its just some kind of bug or summat

Last couple of weeks I've been having them pop up on my phone on here, only occasionally though

I use a laptop and I'm getting them and when I look at the URL it ends with google-vignette. Sometimes I have to click them away and sometimes they disappear on their own

If I didn't know any different I would swear blind that Jim and Ralph we're behind it, I keep getting a video pop op of that Harry Kane bloke too ffs 
Can't be though. I know they are not that clever 
I am guessing it's a forum related problem. Tried a few different PCs at work, it's the same
