Most of the nicer places will already be booked for next year. Google Loire Fishing holidays, 3 lovely looking cottages with a swimming pool, hot tub and a lake with decent fishing. Facebook link to them with a video they have just released 9f the site

the ladies are wanting to come with us again next year (allows an extra trip for us) but they have 'standards' so any recommendations for a lake for 3 anglers with a 3 bed Gite with a pool? Had a look at Majestic's waters but no availability. Looking to go the last week of July
