In reply to Post #13 We got back from there a couple of weeks ago, fished desire 2 though. Everyone can rest easy nothing has changed, plenty of fish being caught, the place is still immaculate.
We didn't have the food though so can't comment at that one.

Try looking on their Facebook page .
By all accounts it's fishing like it always did and the grounds are kept pristine .
I have seen no complaints so far so all sounds good 👍

In reply to Post #10 Me and my mate were lucky enough to be the first out for an extended session, after the border opened a few weeks back. We caught a lot of fish and we used a lot of bait, both the lake particles and malibu boilies. If they are up for it give them plenty... We caught from both open water and far bank, the fish tend to show a lot or colour the water up to give you a clue where to fish...
Listen to Nick the Fishery Manager, he is a good angler and well sound. He knows the place inside out and will be happy to advise I'm sure.

In reply to Post #1 Speak to Fred / Andy.........He will put you straight but 1 thing i have noticed about the venue is the bait situation and the fact the fish love his Malibu boilees.......

The obvious feature is tight to the far margin but is that really necessary?
If that's where the previous week has dumped a ton then maybe but I sometimes whether we drive them there unnecessarily?

In reply to Post #3 Where abouts do you fish in peg 2?
Thanks

In reply to Post #1 As said peg 4 far bank bait boat. I prefer peg 2 or 3. 9,10 and 11 have been a waste of time in the 5 trips I've been on .
Peg 7 and 8 can be a bit moody aswell but the fish do move a bit wish I was going. By far the best venue I've been to

In reply to Post #1 Get in peg 4 if poss, but they all produce on their day, there's a few crays in there.
Nice little venue 👍🏻
