Not really.
If you want pellets then Trout or Halibut for me.
If you want Hemp then use the seeds.

Not what your asking but easy enough to make your own, crushed hemp mix, binder, cheap boilie gun, air dry and that's it, don't need anything fancy. Look online at how to make your own pellets

EDIT, that is simplified but it really isn't that hard.

Not from my experience. The only ones I've seen are the Ewe nuts ( sheep feed ). Nothing but chaf when broken down. Not a bit of seed in sight.
