I fish there a lot over winter - great venue. Well run. No better pegs than others depends on time of year and angling pressure. Fish generally quite active and you can see them show. Corner pegs 7 and 8 have been known to produce the big ones in the right weather. Main central area always popular. Quite a few features like plateaus in there
Tight lines

In reply to Post #1 I fished it a couple of years ago. Nice little setup, the main lake is the only draw for me as it's a bit more established.
They had an aerial shot of the lake on the wall somewhere and you could see clear spots on it, I was there for a social so didn't put much thought into it. I chose the swim that looked like it had a large gravel area in front, leaded about, found it, baited with house pellet and boilie, left the rods out til about 7pm, had my first bite at 11pm and second around 8-9am. Both mid to high 20s.
Food is good and they used to offer dropping your gear off to your peg for a small fee, not sure if this is still the case.

Looking at booking the main lake for a weekend any tips or info appreciated I know it’s a tricky venue so just looking for any advice pegs to avoid I’m assuming around the islands would be a starting point thanks
