In reply to Post #9 Karl, They have previously banned members for this reason.

In reply to Post #8 I just watched his 'banned' video and it's difficult to tell which water it is.
There are quite a few waters shown, some I recognise (day ticket at Lewes etc) and some I don't.
I think the water with the publicity ban is probably the one with the blurred out 'landmarks' on the far bank.
Saying SPS will not get you banned. Disclosing information about waters will do, and when they happens they tend to contact me and I remove the posts.

In reply to Post #1 I was told by a couple of members that new lake gets so busy you sometimes can't get a swim.

In reply to Post #1 As far as I know Smokejacks is near Ewhurst close to old brickworks so not built up area as far as I know.
Am not a member so sorry can’t help otherwise, know they have some decent fish in there, fair bit of info on their Facebook page.
SPS will never change, no nights 😭

In reply to Post #2 Have been on Sussex Piscatorial for 10 odd years. They don't have any night waters tho

There is also a Sussex Piscatorial Society as well but website is a bit non-informative regarding lakes and stocks.

Have been on sps for many years but would love a lake or 2 I can do nights on.
Anyone fish the north sussex pisc and have any feedback? Really just interested to know what the New lake + Smoke Jack's are like.
Appreciate there is a waiting list for the gold membership but would like to know what the lakes are like before I bother getting on a list.
Are they busy / are you able to get on them fairly easily? Are they located in peaceful surroundings? New Lake says it's near A23 and just want peace and quiet when fishing and ideally no road noise! Also Smoke Jack's looks like it's potentially in / near a built up area.
Thanks for any info
