They say a photo can speak a thousand words. Certainly better than me.

I'll just leave this here. It's a photo from 2022, from my personal social media. It's a 14 egg mix of GPB2, that has just been cooked for two minutes, that's after they have come back to a rolling boil. You can see the steam pouring from them on the top RH side of photo.

They do not dissolve whatsoever in boiling water.... Yet they supposedly dissolve in the lake in cold water according to Mr Bishop.

After this, they go through our curing process five times making them substantially tougher still. This is them post boiling, totally au natural. The specks on the bottom of the sink are fine semolina. Which is used on the ceramic plates they sit on whilst being rolled, to stop them sticking together, or to the plate.

For anyone with any knowledge about bait whatsoever.... You understand in an instant, how stupid that statement really is from this photograph.

Came to specifically thank all of you today for the absolutely overwhelming amount of truly kind messages to the work phone yesterday. I woke up to over sixty messages all saying the same thing. They continued throughout the entire day. By the time I finished reading them I actually had tears in my eyes I was told by my missus (who was ripping the piss out of me). Most of them, were from folks I had never previously heard from. GPB2 users laughing their heads off about the dissolving comments was the main theme.

Honestly thank you, all of you who took the time out to message. It was so appreciated.

Forum member Edski joined Dinton Black Swan this year. He gets 8 hours a week to fish, arriving on a Sunday morning to one of the busiest/competitive syndicates in the UK. He feared he would catch sod all under those circumstances. He got one night in. Caught this big mirror in the morning. Photos by a dog walker. Original S2.

He also sent photos of the most stunning big common from a club venue caught recently. They cannot be shown due to a publicity ban. Well done Eddie.

Forum member Ben, another Horton brace. Hutchie 13mm crushed cork on a spinner, with small bag of pellet/crumb cast into low lying silk weed. The mid 30 common (spawned out) he is holding here is one of the Longfield originals called 'Reggie'. A difficult fish to catch that is older than him. A serious history fish. Well done again Ben.

Forum member Mark Cunnington. Author of the syndicate series of books. Mid 30 from the Zoo in Kent. TC2

FishOn Ricci, ScopexPineapple S2 over shops fermented particle & crumb.

Forum member Dean, park lake stunner from up north. Well done Dean that's lovely.

I've had to mute a few users.

I would rather not have had to - but having wasted (or not?) some time over the last couple days watching what's going on in the background there's some tomfoolery going on here that I don't want on the site.

Not just this thread, others too and other users.

If any 'muted' users would like to argue their case then I am happy to take a FaceTime call and go through the things that lead up to this.

"Peace out!"

Its been a long long while since I posted on here. Mate you summed it up in the 3rd paragraph you don't need it. The bait talks for itself. Don't engage in it anymore its no good for you and a waste of energy.

Be you

Thank you Nexus. He's talking utter bull****. You know that. I know that. All of our customers know that. Absolute bull****.

The scary thing is these blokes have never, ever given up. A fistful of pay as you go sim cards & one or two strange blokes with lots of time on their hands, they can do this so easily here sadly.

My close friends & my family are asking or advising me to walk away from here now. It's just not worth the stress. The saddest part is, they chose to attack again the moment I mentioned recovering from major operations on here. Had so many lovely messages today regarding this by customers looking in. Three have mentioned this fact specifically, the timing of it all. Real nasty (internet) spite.

These are very determined, very strange mofos. It's gone on for years. If you read what this weird bloke is saying... Inside his crazy brain he truly believes that me offering some kid tackle on here that's been sitting in my house taking up space for 18 months is all connected to him. It's a former employee of Poacher Baits who had all his tackle stolen from a unit in Dartford a few years ago. He lives in Norfolk now. That gear & the rods were for him.

These are very mentally ill people.

Re the GBPs dissolving. I have used these a lot and soluble they may be, but they are also tough little baits made with the cork granules, as are all of their other baits in the range. I have left both pop ups and bottom baits out for 36hrs+ with no problems. Granted the GBP2s do go a bit softer than the 1s, I assume because of the high levels of fishmeal.

Specialized hook baits are expensive - but you can see where the money goes; hand rolled and a very time intensive curing process.

I speak as a normal paying customer and have no connection with TCarper other than as a customer. In 40+ years of carping Specialized are the best hookbaits I have used bar none. I very rarely cast out with out one on the end in some form these days. And this is from an angler who gets much more pleasure in catching on his own homemade hookbaits. Now if i can only persuade TC to share his process I can start rolling my own..............!!!!

This is absolutely surreal. So you saved all of this to say, AFTER you got pulled for it? Why were you not here saying any of this before? You never actually answered anything I asked you. You just want to make statements. Your friend Winkle then comes and likes it.

So you actually really came here to buy some paste from us, AFTER your hook baits dissolved? With how you clearly feel? Of course you ****ing did. You are so disingenuous, you don't even have the balls you were born with.

The GPB2 is our most popular hook bait. We sell so much of it. Where are all the other people saying this? We get messages daily saying it's the best hook bait ever made. The only person I've ever heard say anything remotely similar to you, was the convicted child predator Mozzi. He was a multiple user expert too. On here, and on Faceache. Funny that. If I wanted you to be banned and had that power, do you think that you would be here posting now when all this has become crystal clear? You lot are never going away until this gets resolved. Your choice.

You're hanging yourself with every single word. It's better to let you chat your absolute dribble.

I know exactly who, and where you are. Enjoy yourself, for now. The internet stage of this game is now completely over for you lads. This has gone on for six years. You are severely mentally ill. Everybody knew this before. But you have attacked my family, you have attacked my missus, my business and my customers. You have made sure that this has to get resolved now.

Good luck to you Mr Paul Bishop, or PB.

How do you know what 'likes' get logged, are you admin and is that the reason you get rattled , because someone 'liked' another's post or is someone informing you? It maybe there's some function on here I'm unaware of but I can't tell who 'likes' what.
Does it matter anyway ? Your baits are that popular why do you care who thinks what ?

Nice baiting pattern but you might find it's less obvious if you vary it a little, you clearly hate what you decide to read as 'dissent' in order to discredit others in the hope they're banned.

Your GBP2 dissolve, that's what you like to term as solubility, dissolving, you know, soluble aspirin dissolve, anyone who's used them will have noticed that as I did.
But....here we are again.
If I am who or what you claim I am, prove it, no claim without proof.

It's odd to be called a "strange little man" by somebody with your delicate temperament but you just hate questions and have a weird response to those whom you imagine are out to get you. They're not.

Quote....My reason for asking was very simple, you mentioned wrapping the hookbaits in some Korda tubing to prevent them dissolving completely, which was my own experience with GBP2.

Dissolving? You get funnier by the moment.

A person asked about Crays. It's all there for everyone to see.

Good luck pal xx

How could your question asking about paste be a dig? Do I seem angry to you? You're very much mistaken. I'm cool as a cucumber and smiling from ear to ear.

You arrived here & posted moments after your pal Stark had his posting permissions removed. You know, the same one who's posts you like ****ing me off constantly? So what you doing here just moments after he found out he was zapped? What you doing here when you clearly very openly don't like me you strange little man?

There are other members of the gang online right now. Three of the same freaks all liking the posts, and showing up on the troll threads. One logs out & goes inactive, the others appear instantly. You lot are not that bright. It's a server controlled by people who are very bright.

Do you know that when you click that like button, it's all logged?

You clearly did not. There's a small group of you doing this. Could all be one or two blokes. You came to this thread just moments after one of your pals got zapped by the powers that be. People have been onto you lot for a while.

You put yourself right into the frame by everything written above. Why on earth would you come to this thread asking questions for the first time. Just moments after one of the moody profiles finds out they have been discovered? Why would you be liking posts constantly attacking me, then coming here to engage with me?

What you blokes do not realise is carp fishing is a small community. EVERYONE is known. Real names, buy products & exist. Fake people don't exist in the real world.

There are people far more clever than you lot.

It sounds like you're inferring that my question was a some sort of dig at you.
It wasn't.
My reason for asking was very simple, you mentioned wrapping the hookbaits in some Korda tubing to prevent them dissolving completely, which was my own experience with GBP2. So I was musing on making a paste wrap of the same base, minus the cork to allow longer immersion times AND throw a load of soluble goodness out around the bait itself.
That was all.
I'm guessing here, as I didn't read your response before it was all taken down, was that you went into another tirade and mixed me up with some other bait making outfit, which I'm not.
You're quick to fly off the handle at any perceived slight then post something warm and cuddly in a completely different thread to deflect from your previous ranting, it comes across as very off-kilter, you need to try anger management or at least, take time before you respond with, in this case, completely erroneous accusations.
You've mentioned before, your thoughts on sponsored or wannebee anglers selling their souls for a few tubs of pop ups, was that intentional irony?
Get well soon anyway.

Nothing important Jamie.

Just stuff going on in the background, same as there has always been. Not everyone is here for honest happy reasons. Not everyone likes what goes on in this thread. Not everyone likes me. Some folks are not as clever as they think they are. It's the internet, it's carp fishing

That's life. I'm recovering from major surgery at the moment. So getting involved with these folks currently as they wish, is just not worth it.

Long before I was a member of this forum, there has always been stupid wars going on in this bait section. That's because in among the normal members who just go fishing, there are blokes who are desperate to have what you see here in this thread. Desperate for a business that is successful in carp fishing They get very upset at what is happening in this thread on a daily basis. Some of them have tried their hardest over and over again to get me banned. Some have sworn to 'take me down' publicly on here. They get banned, then they show up under fake profiles again. It's always gone on, it always will. Their goal is to make me walk away from this forum clearly. Or to make me bite so bad I get banned.

They all have failed little ventures or bait companies behind them. Some, numerous. One of the lessons I have learned through SHB is that for every one thousand happy customers, there will be one absolute lunatic who becomes completely obsessed. Maybe they cannot really afford them. Maybe they just hate me. I can understand that. But getting involved with them just wastes time & energy, on absolute losers.

Every single day there is a new hook bait company opened. When that does not work for them, some can get a little angry. They need someone to take that out on. Watching what goes on in this thread absolutely cripples these people inside the brain.

If one of my customers says something nice to me in public, I'll be honest I ****ing cringe. Only because I understand that this will do terrible things inside these peoples heads that will lead to more fake profiles, more aggro & more public arguing. That's what they want. Essentially they are ALWAYS looking to get a bite. They want my attention. A couple of years ago their approach of turning up under fake profiles and just attacking straight away was not working. So now they are far, far more sneaky about it. They will try to blend in for a period of time. Certain members of the crowd will engage with me. They always work in little groups. They all like each others posts, they all show up on threads together. It's to try to create a public perception. I just keep putting the photos up of happy customers with PB's and forum members smiling. This kills these blokes.

It speaks volumes about A) how much time they have on their hands. B) Their very poor mental state. Imagine becoming that obsessed with somebody on the internet that you have NEVER even met. Just through some very strange jealousy. If you build something good, someone will always want to take that away. That's just human nature. I understand that. That covers some of it. Some of it is just mentally ill people.

I'd rather you never asked the question Jamie. I would not have needed to give these people the attention they crave so much by writing this. I'd rather you just asked about the paste. I would have answered you.

As it was, why would I engage with people who I know have very nefarious intentions towards me?

I have no control over who comes and goes on here. I'm not a MOD, or a grass. I have no control over who is PMing each other to make their little plans. I have no control over who will instantly show up to like any post one of them makes directly attacking me. But I do have control over who I interact with on here. This will all get resolved. In the real world, not on this forum. Not in the shadows of the internet where these blokes think that they are clever. These people are not really very bright. They give themselves away to people far more intelligent than themselves. That's not me by the way.

As for the paste mate. It might well come in the future. For the moment it's a no though. I am very careful not to allow product out the door that would give away our secrets when tested. I made that mistake with the coated hook baits previously. They can, and have had the hook baits tested. The problem for them is, they don't know what they are looking for. Once they have been through our curing process, the sum of the parts changes. It's far better for me to keep that this way. Rather than make a few more quid selling paste & liquids.... Before they have been put through our process. I have to be super careful. When i used to shout my mouth off on the RMC/Cemex forum I spoke far to much. Luckily that stuff is all LONG since gone.

I made comments once upon a time on there about there being five 'Keys' to carp bait. 'Keys' that unlock certain things. One bait firm had a tub of our coated S1 on the bosses desk for a year asking how it was done. Employees openly told me. Later a very expensive coated boillie was produced. It was named what i just mentioned. Launched with a doctor behind it. Not the bait making legend that produced their bait. I will ALWAYS respect that man for that. A true icon of carp bait. Someone who never needed to copy anyone else for a quick buck. The people behind the companies do not hold that same ethos. They would have you over as fast as look at you. They have a long history of it. Then add onto that the influencers who got their hands on our stuff, and denounced it publicly as stinking of cheap glycerine & nothing more. Five minutes later they are making articles telling their followers to preserve their bait with glycerine & basking in that glory. That's how the carp game works. Fellas looking for fame or to keep a cushy thing going will always try to bring you down, while at the same time taking any little thing that they can take, and publicly claiming it as their own. That's carp fishing unfortunately. But all this means I have to be very careful indeed. Very careful indeed. It's always worked so far. No one knows the secrets as to why the hook baits out fish everything else. I have to keep it that way. While anyone who has a finger in the bait game pie needs to de-cry me as nothing more than a salesman. I'm not a salesman at all. I'm a REAL carp angler. I have something real. Real anglers find that out.

It's a harsh old world out there. If you put your head up above the parapet and you do have something REAL. There will be so many who try to take that from you. There will be many who try to destroy that. That's just life unfortunately Jamie & it comes with the territory. It always has. It always will. Everyone who has a vested interest in making money from carp bait watches. For bloody good reason too. It's all very positive really. But you have to take the bad with the good.

I'm incredibly lucky. I will ALWAYS be grateful to carp fishing in general for that. But it's also a very savage & underhand world. I understand that better than anyone now.
