It's not everyone's cup of tea but the owner has invested vast amounts of money into the place. I fished for a couple of months in winter at the back end of covid (it was devoid of anglers), which was enough for me. At the time I hadn't realised that it had changed hands until I turned up at the gate.
Way too polished for my liking (it's bordering on looking like a garden centre, which is exactly what he wants). It's very popular though, so he's definitely providing something that people want which is fairly easy, straightforward fishing, with very little effort required and practically zero mud.
It could get pretty expensive if spending a lot of time over there given how the tickets work.
Shop is good and you can get dropped at your swim if you're lazy.
Had always taken the kids there previously as it was an out and out runs water until it changed hands. I still speak with the owner, though I can't ever see myself fishing there again.
