They’ve responded on email, I’ve gone back to them.
Hopefully get sorted out soon.
I’ve given them till tomorrow else spend my money elsewhere.

The problem with the email I got from them is it’s offering 5% off my first order.
There is no link to or mention of T&Cs which may apply..
I can only read what is in front of me.
Feed that back to them then

You've done exactly what I would have done (check the main site) and what I think they assume you will do. TFT could have put the link in, it's not hard, but it's also not hard to find the info if you go on the site
Good hunting...I'll reiterate though, they regularly have 10 or 15% off codes, might be worth waiting if you can if it's a big purchase and not excluded, up to you as always

They probably won’t reply to an email. I have found the best way to contact them is the WhatsApp link on the website.

Yeah, common sense really not to apply discount codes to lready discounted items. I'd imagine the T&Cs state it, I seem to remember it saying broadly there are exclusions, to account for manufacturers who don't like their items being publically discounted.

I’ve found the codes won’t work on sale items, I received a 10% one and had various things in basket and it removed the discount for items not already on offer, so imagine that is within their terms, to try add something small alongside boat and see if it takes off the discount on just this Jean?

Very odd mate, I'm sure they will honour it. From memory when I used it I'm sure there was another voucher in the delivered item with 10% of another order...worth bearing in mind if they still do it and your looking to spend some wonga

Nope , baitboat related.
I just looked through the email I got, there are no mentions of any exclusions.

If you used the same e-mail I would imagine TFT have a database of those who've already used the offer so it can't be abused, can't blame them.

So I just registered on TFT and got an email saying I would get 5% off my first purchase.
Though when trying to make a purchase I input this code they gave me and it does not work .

Create an account and leave it in your basket most times they'll send a discount code after a few days.
