Last thing I bought from them earlier this year had a genuine 20% off. It was four bushwhacker extension pieces, can't remember the exact price but I think it was £66 less 20%. Checked the price against all of the usual suspects and it was a pucka deal.

They will only give these discounts on slow moving or redundant stock, it's basic business strategy, nothing new here.

Ah - there’s an easy fix for that Onslow - just add 20% to the total tackle price and show the Mrs, then buy them at the current price.
I really like TT but this is such a 1980s Argos way of doing things, putting the price up to reduce the price, drives me bonkers
