Ordered a chair on the 6th, got email on 13th saying they were refunding which hit the bank today. Bit annoying as chair was still in stock and available to order for a couple of days

The convoy L21b red version on Ali express is as good as any tufty torch I’ve ever seen and it’s 25 quid. It’s mega bright and super narrow

Yes, chair arrived via FedEx in 2 or 3 days
I would imagine they are having stock control issues (web vs shop)
I see their email just now said 30% off IN STORE ONLY so I guess they are getting in a tizz with all the mess ups/refunds required

I did matey but was radio silence for a week and then got a few lines refunded that had sold out. They also luckily sent me some nbuteric / pineapple spray and the lid had come off in the post - Mrs was proper cock a hoop.... but I have some great smelling x line......
