I haven’t mate, no.

It’s an interesting one for me because to get pass Ruiz somehow I think he has to reinvent himself. I have been critical of him for a long time, not because I don’t like the lad, but because I could see what was going to happen, he is far to easy to hit and he struggles to take a punch, he seriously lacks movement, especially lateral to slip, move and reposition himself so he has serious limitations for me.

To be fair if like you say he is more lean and athletic let’s hope this is what they are working on, a no brainier for me, tells me they have to, it’s just if he can adopt his style and that is going to be tricky imho

If he can that would be brilliant and he deserves all the credit he gets. For me Mr Hearn has been selling everybody a dummy (in the lightest sense) for a long time $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Seriously, you think Ruiz battered him, Wilder would kill him

Fury will humiliate him and make him look a proper dummy if they ever meet

Have you seen aj lately Chris? He's actually looking like a boxer not a bodybuilder. Come down in weight, (quite a bit by the look if it). Think he's realised sheer power isn't enough, you need cardio. Ruiz I expect to come in in better shape too so it makes for an interesting one

Seen it mate. Can that be a good decision

TBH I can’t see how Joshua can beat him, Ruiz absolutely battered him last time out, I expect much of the same. It either who’s got the biggest hammer and it ends early or Joshua tries to hold him on the jab and I just can see that happening myself

Well I think Lomo will be to much for him but Cool Hand has incredible reach and he can box so I expect early he will give lomo a bit of trouble ? at least I hope so and unlikely he will cause an upset but it would make me happy if he did !

Nathan will be defending his midlands title on October 12th against Josh Groombridge of Uttoxeter. Was thoughts of him fighting an eliminator for the British title but hopefully that’ll come in time but for now got to stay focused on beating Josh and maintaining that midlands title.

No update yet from Dan Hewitt from boxing tv when he’ll be interviewing the legendary Thomas ‘hitman’ Hearns.

Same as most sports, full of it

It’s getting to be a VERY fine line between supplements and enhancements and that’s the problem for me. Takes the edge of it sadly and if your at the receiving end you would be well pissed. It’s wrong

Look at Anthony Joshua, prime example of a steroid drug taker, or has been

The World Boxing Council have released a statement regarding Dillian Whyte :

"An “A” Sample UKAD collected from Mr. Dillian Whyte in relation with his bout against Oscar Rivas yielded an adverse finding. In light of that adverse finding, and pending the outcome of the WBC’s own investigation and adjudicatory process,
the WBC is provisionally suspending the WBC’s recognition of Dillian Whyte as WBC Interim World Heavyweight Champion and Mandatory Challenger of the division.

The WBC has notified Mr. Whyte and his team of the WBC’s suspension, and that it will afford Mr. Whyte the opportunity to present its position to the WBC at an investigative hearing which will take place at a place and time to be announced in the near future. Throughout its investigation and hearing, the WBC will afford Mr. Whyte and his team the opportunity to present any available information and materials, and any exculpatory evidence they might deem appropriate."
