Nothing but positive from me as well, i bought a bedchair from them which they then put on sale (knocking £100 off it) about 7 days after mine was delivered. I sent them a polite note asking if there was anything they could do and they issued me a credit note for £100. They never had to do that and i'm sure many stores wouldn't have.

I also have purchased from this company without any problems at all, in fact I asked about the item I was looking for and they responded quickly and positively with key answers.

My last experience with TFT via WhatsApp was not very good.
2 Gardner slings listed on ebay, same pics, same dimensions, one listed as XL the other not, £16 difference in price.
Made Liam aware of it 23/10, said webteam looking into it, when he gets some answers he'd get back to me...but he didn't.
1 week later rechecked items, description on one deleted & price changed.
Still not got back to me.

I've also had great service from them 2 of the 3 times I have needed to.
With the first experience (return of a Nash heated blanket because it did not fit the specific Nash bed I had) I was using their website to talk with them and that didn't go well, whoever I was talking to didn't understand English and their replies were broken English.
Like I say though, the last 2 times I have needed their help they have been spot on. Courteous, quick responses (via WhatsApp) and sorted everything to my satisfaction

I know they get bad reviews sometimes but I thought I’d share my recent experience
I purchased a Tempest 200 which got delivered on Thursday, There was a small hole box when I received it and upon opening could see that the outer carry bag had a hole in it
This had been caused by the poles pushing through the bag as the cover over them had obviously come off in transit
I contacted them straight away on WhatsApp and they replied within 2 hours asking if I’d be happy to keep the bivvy and they would get a new bag sent direct from Trakker
I was happy with this and agreed, they contacted me about an hour later and said this had all been arranged and would arrive within 5/7 days
Well it has just been delivered 2 days after I contacted them
Just thought they deserve a mention for great customer service
