I’ve been waiting to try their clear leads but they are out of stock every where,I did email them one time and they said they’d be out soon but still waiting

I couldn’t agree more. I have a set of their Qi alarms (the absolute business BTW) and one of them developed a fault. They told me to send all 3 back because they’d improved some of the internals since I’d bought them and wanted me to have those improvements on all three. They were turned around in just a couple of days at zero cost to me.
I think too many brands underestimate the impact that customer service has on buying decisions. I would now buy any Wolf product, regardless of price, without hesitation. Contrast this with another company from which I once had the misfortune of buying a bait boat that developed a minor fault with the remote. They were shocking to deal with and the moment I got it fixed (at my cost) I sold it, and will never buy another thing from them again even though some of their stuff would actually suit me quite well.
The only power we have as customers is the power in our pockets and we should all be rewarding companies that provide good service and punishing those that don’t.

I had an issue with a Wolf tri-spod.
I don't usually bother emailing companies but thought I would as I had spare time.
Sent my email at 14:15 and received a reply 7 minutes later from Jo.
New item was in the post that evening and I got it delivered a couple days later.
Wolf done the right thing, no quibbling, hassle free...
