youre right mate, i want a rs rolly but refuse to lay what trakker are charging, theyre blatantly taking the piss and whilst people pay it they'll carry on charging it. I bought a cygnet cyclone on offer for 100 quid. when my mk2 tempest brolly gives up ill.use that. my tempest brolly is looking weathered now but still going strong.
I bought some clear fluoro leaders from Temu and used them for the first time this week. They turn bright white in water and stand out like a sore thumb. Buy cheap, buy twice. Any recommendations on value leaders, I refuse to pay £7 each
There is a Fox Quattro Pod mk 2 on E Bay at the moment, good buy if anyone needs a pod. Tempted myself, but i have far too much gear already.

I've not used them in cold weather yet as have some specially for that, but they are straight butane and i think cold weather versions are normally mixed with propane

Butane is the dregs you normally end up with in winter when using propane butane mix canisters.
I took these (butane only cans, not this brand) camping 2 weeks ago as I bought a box full on clearance and I'm trying to use them up before they get too rusty. It got to 5 deg in the morning and after lighting the stove I inverted the can as the burn was too slow for me.
Yes, I'm a impatient bugger....they're great in summer though.
EDIT For clarity & safety, I have a stove which is designed to use liquid gas by inverting the can, DO NOT TRY THIS WITH STOVES THAT AREN'T.

I've found the go system ones the best when it gets colder, not cheap tho.
