In reply to Post #4 I've asked before and been told Gordy, (Fishery Manager), doesn't run a waiting list. Just see how many members renew their tickets then if there are any free they go to people who "Show an interest".

In reply to Post #1 . Maybe try giving Ian jones a ring at Earith carp lakes I’m sure you will get on there .
Earith Carp lakes are a good shout. I really enjoyed my time on Virginia Water.
Some cracking fish in there

In reply to Post #5 Well you should be able to get a winter ticket probably without the shallows on it . Then you can get a feel for the place. Maybe try giving Ian jones a ring at Earith carp lakes I’m sure you will get on there .

In reply to Post #2 St Ives was my first choice before Cawcutts mate. Unfortunately I was told yesterday that they are completely full for this year now. Gutted but we move on!

Any help with the following would be greatly appreciated.
I’m on the lookout for a new water. Ideally a larger lake, 15 acres or more. It doesn’t necessarily have to be low stocked but would like it to be somewhat challenging. Ideally the potential of a 40 swimming around would be great.
Based in Cambridgeshire but don’t mind travelling to a certain degree. I have been offered a ticket for Embryo Cawcutts. Just trying to get ideas together of any other potential options there could be. Looking for a good campaign water ideally.
Once again, any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks to everyone in advance!
