A friend of mine is considering buying a plot of land in France that has a lake on it.
It is primarily to set up as a rental holiday home, but he would like to be able to include fishing as part of the package.
Is there anything that he needs to be aware of to be able to offer this like licenses etc?
I will of course be trying to encourage him to stock with some decent carp....
