In reply to Post #6 Alas, as much as I like helping on the forum I have to think of my living. I’ve found more potent stuff but the inclusion levels are lower than what I’d like, ideally it’s going to be a like for like quantity replacement. One fits the bill perfectly on paper and is currently out with some testers who were stoked tge fishmeal went back to tester rates for a few months lol

In reply to Post #3 Much prefer norsildmel, I find it a more consistent product. but if LT94 is low in stock then its a perfectly viable alternative.
There is big delays on any CPSP90 getting into the country and I've only got enough for the next two months as I managed to get a shipment in, but I've been experimenting with several enzyme treated marine based meals as alternatives just in case, so far, Ive found things I believe to be every bit as good but very different products.
slave to supply and demand, and seasonality and fish habits.
Im looking int owhich meals are made from by-product and trying to find the best of them, but you can get a dozen sacks and it be amazing then the next dozen completely different. hence a lot of the high spec fishmeals are made with targetted species for consistency.

Evening chaps,
Have been shopping around this evening to try and get my bait costs down and came across the quality baits site. Now I’ll be honest I’ve always avoided these guys over the years but only because I’d read a few bad comments on the old RMC forum. They’re LT94 fishmeal is quite a bit cheaper than the supplier I’ve been using, does anyone know if it’s the real deal Norwegian or a copy?
Out of interest to those clued up on the subject are the alternative Low temp fishmeals any less effective to the original? I believe target did one which was Irish and a bit cheaper but on paper looked pretty much the same - a few %
