In reply to Post #43 About 2 weeks
Anyone know how long timescales are currently?
In reply to Post #41 ye mate just try again, its getting to that time of year when it goes mental for him. he's doing some specials for me at the moment and he was replying last week to me same day.
i'd imagine now Boris has given us the timeline people have gone nuts on the orders
In reply to Post #40 Yeah mate, I pinged him a text last week. Must be ultra busy. I’ll keep trying.
In reply to Post #39 text him mate, comes back to you quickest that way

Ta.

In reply to Post #37 That’s impressive dude. #edge #B-2 #bomber
In reply to Post #33 I roll mine stealth bomber shaped so they go out further and land without being detected.
Amateurs you lot.
In reply to Post #33 Nail-Head-Hit!!!
In reply to Post #34 You wouldn't, that's what he means. Why the big deal about non round hookbaits ?
In reply to Post #33 Why would you fire hookbaits out ?
I thought they were made round so they could be fired out easily
In reply to Post #29 Some carp anglers are bonkers, a fish doesn’t care if a bait is perfectly round 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
In reply to Post #29 Mr Carp does not have a problem with shapes.
The baits TCarper have designed are all about getting a response from the carp and respond they do!
I would be confident to cast a SHB boilie into any lake that has carp in it.

In reply to Post #29 May be, I have had my best 2 seasons ever since moving to them.
In reply to Post #28 Them crushed cork ones look weird to me odd shapes cork sticking out etc lol maybe I’m just stuck in my ways 😝
I can trim the 17mm smaller or a similar size to the 13s for a pop up I would go for 17mm CC. Used to a corkball only fan but these are better IMO.
In reply to Post #25 Same here
Both are very buoyant and will stay popped up for a very long time
In reply to Post #24 I think there very similar, I like the crushed corks more because they can be trimmed.
In reply to Post #23 Are the 17mm crushed corks more buoyant than the 16mm cork balls?
Done well on the s2 glm last year
In reply to Post #20 That's good to know
In reply to Post #7 Thanks Jamie, all of the hook baits we produce, have always worked exceptionally well as single hook baits.
In reply to Post #5 We can always do them as a special order for you mate... WhatsApp the work phone. Loads of customers still order them this way.
We only stopped making the hard coated hook baits for general sale, as they were causing us to get behind with our orders to much. Making, and more importantly drying the coatings on a large scale is a major PITA. Since we took them off of the website, we have always been in a much better place with our waiting times. The coatings take nearly a week to dry properly in our hook bait dryer. When we were selling them en masse they were taking up to much space and time in the drier. That's the only reason they were taken off the website along with the S1 & hard coated S2. But we can do any of them as a special order.

Big fan of the S2s, crushed corks and cork balls. Never fished them as singles but got to be worth a try
In reply to Post #17 16mm in white cork balls I’ve ordered
In reply to Post #10 The crushed cork in 13mil will not pop up a size 4 , the bigger size will think they are 17mil .
In reply to Post #15 I’ve done very well on the S2 and garlics last couple of years . Never really tried them properly as singles though, if I did I’d probably be going down the pink or white s2
In reply to Post #14 Maybe I’ll go one of each then 🤣
In reply to Post #13 Don’t think the fish can tell if a bait is perfectly round haha
I use the CC over the corkballs, much more hard wearing, can be cut down if need be, can be pierced, can leave them out for 2 days if need be. Have a look on his Facebook and you’ll see the CC don’t seem to do to bad in catching fish
In reply to Post #11 On the website the Cork balls are the ones with Tiny flecks of brown ? The chopped cork don’t look for me I like a nice round bait lol
I have a little stash of F1 CC pop ups and balanced wafters.......could be tempted to shift a few.......
In reply to Post #5 He does them every now and then as specials he did a batch around this time last year. Think I remember him saying he doesn’t do them as a regular to order bait as they are a pain in the arse to make due to the coating
In reply to Post #9 Not sure on sizing the chopped cork 13mm for a chod size 4 hook or 16mm cork ball ?
In reply to Post #8 Fair enough. But if I were you. Don’t neglect their natural colour. Most anglers you see are using white/yellow/pink. Being slightly different may pay off.
In reply to Post #7 Gonna go for the white 16mm cork balls I think 😉
In reply to Post #6 S2 will work fine as a single.
Find them and put an S2 in amongst them. You will catch.
In reply to Post #5 Was just reading about the F1’s looked on their site couldn’t see anything...fishing a tricky low stock pit just looking for something special for my single approach
In reply to Post #1 I've had success in Winter using the F1's as a single but they don't seem to do them anymore
In reply to Post #3 For use as a single hook bait I would use something bright and over flavoured. The specialized baits all seem to work better fished over bait.
In reply to Post #2 Was thinking of using them as a single in white ? Anything will catch fish over beds of bait lol
In reply to Post #1 Personally I have always found that the S2 works better over bait.
Anyone used their S2’s ? Looking at possibly using these for my single hook bait approach this spring ?
