Thank to everyone for there suggestions, I made contact with all lakes suggested but unfortunately most were booked for the period we wanted.
I have managed to find a lake exclusive now so thanks again for everyone’s help 👍🏻👍🏻

Having done a few exclusives, my favourite is Bramblemere. Mega little gravel pit.

Last year I only fished the match pool as the restrictions meant it was the only decent one for day sessions. Best day I caught 9 up to 24lb. They have stocked a lot of fish into match, pit 2, pit 6 and pit 7.

What's the stock like in the lakes now? Was the 1st venue I fished back in 2003 when I got back into fishing after uni. Never really went for the Carp as was more a general Angler at the time and not enough experience to go for th bigger fish the venue held at the time

Lake 6 at Twynersh is now a venue exclusive. Not fished that lake but I love the complex. They have done lots of work over last few months. Check out their fb page for pics.

Shame - would highly recommend it if you get a chance to go another time. Lovely place to spend a few days

If you really want to splash out, try Blackthorn Fishery in Shropshire. They have lodges, not sure how many swims, but it's closed at the mo.
