They never put any deals up that Were any good for me so I unsubscribed

In reply to Post #1 I ordered a cheap reel and a ngt bait bag on Christmas day. First had the invoice come through then got one saying it was on it's way on the 30th. Got another one on the 4th explaining the slight delay because of Brexit and change of delivery company. Goods turned up on the 8th. Not once did I message them, cant fault it really.

In reply to Post #1 Don’t expect it to get better now with leaving the EU. Dutch border control are confiscating the meat from sandwiches as they are following the laws down to the letter. More delays incoming all over when dealing with non-British companies now. I doubt any company based here gets product sent straight to tackle shops without it stopping in their warehouse first.

Whilst I appreciate there will be fellow anglers who have benefited from the 'Good Deals' this company offer PLEASE don't order without knowing the delay in getting your goods can be MANY weeks if at all. The company is based in the Netherlands which is no problem in itself BUT Customer Services are in my experience slow to respond to queries and in my case told me I'd spoken to them when I never did..........! Yes it might be a few quid extra to order from the a local outlet but at least you get your items, only my experience which I thought I'd share!
