You can’t leave your house apart from essential journeys so I would say no. All outside sports venues to close so if you class you lake as a venue then it will be shut.

You could still night fish in Tier 4.

Go to Gov.uk and you'll see the restrictions. You cannot leave your home for recreation so pretty clear no fishing is allowed, as was the case in March.

Although it's not been expressly mentioned with this new lockdown, I'd say it's similar to Tier 4, that being no staying away from home overnight - no night fishing.

I hope so I've got every Friday booked off from now until the end of Febuary for fishing.
