In reply to Post #123 The majority of the population have abided by the rules only a small majority haven’t!! This will be the 3rd lockdown they don’t work this is a proven fact !! The vaccine does prevent you contracting the virus or from transmitting it the same a the flu vaccine!! The virus has a 99.7% survival rate deaths in under 60’s since
jan 20 388 Official ONS figures !! Yet we are tanking the economy for this ?

In reply to Post #122 should have added...we've only had one lockdown and the R rate definitely dropped alot, the most recent one, was just a tier system that certainly did not work simply because it was largely ignored...

In reply to Post #120 Can't understand what people on here think the conspiracy is.......why would a government spend upwards of 4billion paying for people to stay at home on 80% pay, give companies millions to stay afloat....have all the issues of mental health etc etc just same as every other country in the world who have now collectively spent 9trillion on this.............I'm sure there would be a cheaper way to surpress the masses......

In reply to Post #90 I'm with you too, there is absolutely nothing wrong with questioning the narrative..
Indeed many, many people are beginning to think this is less and less about a virus, and more and more about control of peoples futures, their mental health, and finances..
It is very well documented that several people have sufferd severe side effects from the first jab of the vaccine,indeed...the military contacts I have in this country and America are very reluctant to have this put into their bodies..
There is something very very amiss about this issue..I personally as a free thinking person does not trust one single thing that comes from the government..especially the media, which is the government mouthpiece.
So three days or so ago,I phoned my local main hospital,I managed to get through to the admin on the desk on ICU...i asked this question, how many covid patients on ventilation, answer..none...how many covid suffering in the hospital, answer none..
How many ICU staff...in attendance answer.none, they had gone home ..now I put my phone on speaker,so my wife, son and daughter heard the conversation..
People, can extract the urine, what ever they want, all they have to do is stop watching the mainstream media, and look around and question the situation..
Because this cycle is potentially going on repeating itself, regardless of how many get vaxxed

In reply to Post #117 As you can tell by this thread, there are too many ignorant people on this planet, asking them to wear a mask will fall on deaf ears

Not quite ip
a surgical mask will help someone with a virus from spreading it but offer very little protection , an n 95 will offer around 95 % protection , and considering you need to ingest quite large viral load to get infected these will offer far more protection
The ffp 3 masks are what our frontline workers wear , so offer a higher level of protection .
So , please everyone , help out , wear a mask !

In reply to Post #85 well they did work, didn't they. It wasn't done to eradicate the virus it was done to suppress it to support the NHS which it has done every time as the number of infections and people in ICU dropped.
You say social distancing doesn't work, are you saying that if i sneezed from 50cm away or 5m away it would be the same?
Increased infection rates, new more transmissible variant and guess what, lack of social distancing.

In reply to Post #72 It's ridiculous, my other halfs a teacher, they've found out yesterday that a pupil had been sent in by her mum having just tested positive for Covid, also had an instance where a kid was sweating and coughing, rang parent up who said he was making it up and just wanted a day off school.

In reply to Post #87 N95 is the American classification, ffp2 or ffp3 is what they are called over here. The surgical masks are as effective as them for control of things like viruses, so basically any bought face mask is suitable, as is a cloth covering.
