It seems I’ve been lucky, ordered on the 7th and came Friday. Mint. Haven’t noticed poor print quality on a quick flick through either.

Mine arrived today . Having read all the horror stories about damage I set up a ‘soft landing’ for it 🤣 don’t know whether it worked or I was just lucky as only had one minor knock on the spine . Roll on Christmas Day 👍

My copy arrived today, ordered on 2nd December. No damage so that’s another bonus. I actually emailed them yesterday to say that it hadn’t arrived & they replied within the hour. They must have held copies back as they told me that if it hadn’t arrived by the weekend to let them know & they would drop a copy off to me as they lived in the same area.

A Fool and His Eel is another work of art mate.
You'll love Oz's book. One of those that makes you want to drop everything and go fishing.

Flick of the Tale is great. Got Ozs book for Christmas so looking forward to reading that. I really enjoyed a Fool and His Eel as was about more than just carp fishing

Disappointed to receive my book damaged with the hardcase outer corner bent over. Sadly it seems I’m not the only one.

14 years have passed but they’ve kept the same style for this book. At least that’s consistent. Hence why it seems outdated, it’s because it is I guess.

Theres one on coch-Y-bonddu books for £100👍 put angle books in google search and it will take you to the fishing section. Its a good site to value of your books.
