Of course, and decent Forceps! I used to Pike fish, and still have to unhook the blighters when Carp fishing reeling in my rig and they grab it. Will be knotless knotting 49 strand to the hook.
Found some Owner Hooks as recommended that look just what I'm after.

If you can't use circle hooks how about the ones with offset eyes they're good for avoiding deep hooking

And I'm assuming you'll use a small trace to avoid getting bitten off ?

Not sure if the pattern suits your needs but the Trighammers come up a size bigger than other brands, big old hooks.

Definitely look at owners then, I use them from size 2 up to 6/0 for cats. Razor sharp and strong

They're OK, but very long shank.
And no Circle hooks!
I have found one or two Predator marketed Hooks but they are just a little out - e.g too much beak point, out turned eye, too long shank....
I want a true Wide Gape pattern, knotless knot.

What’s wrong with an Aberdeen hook from the sea section?

Thanks mate, will check them out.
I actually want to use the hook for a small dead bait for Pike, and can't find a decent pattern in a 1/0 2/0 Predator market!
Don't like Trebles, but may have to go to them.

Wonder if anyone out there works in a Tackle Shop or has tried quite a few of the Hooks out there.
For the stated size, some hooks are bigger than other companies.
I'm after a normal Size 2 Wide Gape pattern, but the biggest.
Thanks.
