Had a few problems with the courier that Monster use with bags splitting and bait & liquids all over the shop. I appreciate that Monster can't do nothing about that as once it's out the door you are at the hands of the Courier, probably why some it smelt a bit off.

I must have been unlucky being the last drop off on the delivery.

*Edited as the initial wording sounded like Monster was to blame.*

Cheers

Despite a problem with an earlier order, Luke personally got in touch and kindly replaced my previous faulty order foc so thumbs from me, can’t argue with great service above and beyond the call of duty.

I’m sure the majority of forum members are intelligent enough to distinguish the the fact that the post was referring to 2 separate companies of which the OP had experienced similar issues with no ? Or does a thread have to stick solely to its title & not stray from that subject ?

So because a few of your “mates” use Carbon baits you’ve taken it upon yourself to delete any criticism of said company !!

My post was equally scathing of both companies!!!,still disappointed a subjective post should be deleted though.

Genuinely interested as to why the previous post was deleted? Surely he’s entitled to defend his company? Seems a bit one sided otherwise surely?

I have used carbon for a long time shocked to hear some of the feedback. Always been happy with what I have received and never had a issue with any stuff I have ordered.
