In reply to Post #1502 This is what she says
Test areas need to be covid secure.
A room is designated that has adequate ventilation.. Poles, barriers and PPE already exist. After each student leaves anything used such as desks/chairs are wiped down.
People need to be trained or the tests will be invalid.
A days training has been organised
Schools need to give over a 'large ventilated space ' which they need to find out of nowhere.
Not a problem, Just get on with it.
Child protection laws necessitate that adults on site must be dbs checked.
They are already. They don't think they'll need to bring in people from outside the school.
She added this is a war on covid, in wars everyone has to do their bit , you don't win by throwing in the towel and say its too difficult
Oh and you are a drama queen

Drama queen is about right.
And I am 100 per cent certain that Mrs tinhead would be a better education secretary than Williamson
Did I mention that he can **** off?

In reply to Post #1500 Drama queen.
Let's be safe and just close the schools down and let them go uneducated?
When my missus gets in I'll put them points to her

In reply to Post #1499 The logistics of it are ridiculous with 3 hours to plan it (we finish at mid day) if your school is not already closed for the break that is.
There's no 'just getting on with it'
Test areas need to be covid secure. People need to be trained or the tests will be invalid. Schools need to give over a 'large ventilated space ' which they need to find out of nowhere. Child protection laws necessitate that adults on site must be dbs checked. Earlier this week Williamson threatened legal action if schools closed early to combat rising figures. Now on the last day of term he's deciding to keep the majority of kids off for a week. He doesn't even realise that it's not just y11 and y13 students who will have formal exams this year ffs. You'd have thought the education minister would know that eh? He suggests buying in supply staff to help when school money is gone on the extra cleaning and ppe we've needed to keep open. He also suggests retired teachers could do it. Yes. Let's bring high risk individuals into the most risky environment.
I'm only just getting started. But I'll stop.
He can **** off though

In reply to Post #1494 What's wrong with staggering the return to school?
As for the testing my missus has been approached to do this at her school, not a problem for her she'll just get on with it.

In reply to Post #1497 Then I suggest we remove ‘personality’ from the honour. This bloke is a half wit goon with as much personality as his cauliflower ears have got. Great example were setting our kids putting a cage fighter on the highest sporting pedestal of media recognition
Thought he’d take his money and **** off after he cuddled C. McBellend to submission, and yet here is his irritating face again

In reply to Post #1496 Apparently it’s all based on sporting achievement only. Have you seen Tyson Fury is taking legal action after they refused to take him off the shortlist?

In reply to Post #1495 He may play for united, but is Marcus Rashford, for example, not considered a sportsman?

‘a political stunt of the lowest order’ ....
almost an accurate description of himself there...
I know we teachers shouldn't single out individuals, but in a House full of total lowlifes, he really is exceptional. he's a vile little slug
