I would not have charged you the £10 charge for the Friday night camping for your grandchild.
Provding we dont get a booking on Willow 1 the week before you I can let you camp and fish on the Friday night on Willow 1 the swim you have booked. I will also work out what I own you and refund it.

Hi, Just taking a look at your booking and payment and I think you have paid us too much.
£245 1 fishing 3 rods, £50 guest fee, grandchild I am not charging you for.
So it should have been a total payment of £295.
