In reply to Post #1 I fished it a few years back when it did the fly in option which i believe has stopped now, Not a bad lake has a portaloo and a solar charging station for all your charging needs, got a lot of nice fish in, heard they got a bailiff which is handy as it was very hit and miss when dinner got delivered if you have the all inclusive or if you need a bait, went near the end of October and weather was cold with frosts at night but caught a decent amount of decent sized carp, the lake is at the bottom of a drive about 150yds from the house very peaceful there is a dam wall and as you approach the lake there are 2 swims only on that bank fishing to the dam wall and straight out in front there was a tree half way up the dam wall which was a fish holding/feeding area one side by these 2 swims and the other side by the far bank as there was no fishing from the dam wall, the far bank had about 6 swims the dam end is the deepest about 8ft as i remember but if its hot the bottom end that is the shallowest is best the carp move close to the far tree lined bank about 80yds , all a bit vague im afraid as it has been a while since i fished it, i had the gold package and not overly impressed but left well alone made better by a good group of lads from Gloucestershire that borrowed my missus some cold weather gear as it was very cold at night.
