Testing and tracing is the best way out of this the testing is being ramped up but there doesn't seem to be any tracing goimg on.
Prime example my sister was having her bathroom done end of Feb,plumber went off sick no word from him until Wednesday of this week when he said he had it as did all of his family. No other contact from anyone to see if he had possibly infected anyone, since then my mum (who is 77 and in the rudest of health) and 2 of my nephews have now had illnesses pretty much in line with the symptoms of Covid 19 and my mum ended up with an inhaler as her chest was so bad.

It is available and 100% accurate. Wealthy people are sending a blood sample to labs in Germany. The boss of Cobra beer said how he'd done it recently on TV last night. Thought Johnson said this was the game changer/holy grail? Behind the curve clearly.

If itís available and accurate then we should be using it. I think the results will be quite telling and will reveal CV has been here a long time already!

Italian press are reporting that Roche have a reliable antibody test which will be available at the start of May within the EU.

Don't know if it will be available in the UK, I hope so, or maybe the British government will turn it down and wait for JCB to make one.

Luckily we didn't feel the earthquake here, but this divine retribution on northern Italy is getting a bit much. Still, Berlusconi does live near here, as well as Salvini, so fair dos I suppose.

Reckon I'd better start moving furniture upstairs before the flood...

Beany .. just when I've got you down as a grade a, unrelenting, copper-bottomed git, you post something light hearted and charming that makes me think that somewhere inside you there's a kindly liberal trying to get out. I trust normal service will be resumed forthwith.

Some more fun stuff...

Jon: Just read about the earthquake. First the sodding virus, next a feckin' earthquake. Hope you are not affected, mate.

BTW: Everybody who is not a braindead halfwit knows full well that this virus is a weaponized strain of influenza developed within a secret U.S. Department of Defence laboratory. The detail of the development of the virus and the security breach that caused its release is well documented.

I see itís all coming out now. The Chinese have just revised the Whuan death toll, it has now increased by 50%! the lying *******s. I knew there would be a cover up

They should have and could have controlled this at source

Aside to this there are some amazing people about. Captain Tom, 17.5 million for the NHS bless him, that is pretty amazing

We had a clap for the NHS last night same as a lot of people on our street. Something else to be proud about

Hi Jon,

Well....OK...now you mention it.....deep breath...yes I have. But I'm not ashamed to admit it.
It's next to the one of Nigel. I've also got one of Verhofstadt because he makes me laugh. When the EU collapses, he could get a job in a circus.
My tablet's ok now. I gave it a few good thumps and it's all good. You've got to show them who's boss.
Is Soros still about? He's got a face like a walnut. I think Dianne has moved in with Jezza.
Who else is there? Nancy Pilosi has a new hobby, tearing telephone books in half. Alexandra Cortez is now doing toothpaste adverts and Elizabeth Warren is now wearing full Indian warpaint.
Where's Mal? He's not sulking is he?
All for now, I've run out of insults.

BB.

Hi Ken,

No worries bro it's par for the course on here.
Just a few lads passing the time and exchanging ideas with the odd insult thrown in for colour.
It's all pretty harmless stuff. We never get anywhere, but sometimes we think we might agree on something.
We try to put the world to rights but never do, but we feel better for making the effort.
Seems like we've got at least 3 more weeks of lockdown and I don't want to upset anyone, but I reckon it's going to be longer than that. I'm not too happy about it, because I've had my three score years and ten and I'm now into time added on.
I'm usually on the bait thread and I'm hoping an interesting topic will turn up. Just for a change of scene.

BB.

Edit. Jon, you're the same.

Aww .. thanks Beany.

I'll have a think about borders and get back to you, is that ok? I think I remember asking you if you had a big poster of Jacob Rees-Mogg, but you never answered me.

Sorry your tablet's on the blink. Would you put that down to George Soros, Dianne Abbot, or just libtards in general?

Sounds like some people could be getting a bit of cabin fever.

I have seen on a news website today they think the UK lockdown could actually last three months.

Blooming hope not, Would be devastating just glad I have to work through it to keep some sort of sanity going.

Too many businesses are going to go under as it is.
