Hi Wayne,

Took me a while to get round to posting you.

You are right in mentioning that there is a war going on that is threatening the existence of our Western democratic, sovereign, free market led countries, which have produced the most successful, wealthy and sophisticated economies ever in human history. They are predicated on the individual being sovereign, as outlined in our English common law, which is the model adopted by all free countries.
As you pointed out, the enemy comes in the form of globalists like George Soros, who want to eliminate sovereignty, indigenous customs and nationalism in the form of pride and honour in your country and our absolute right to self rule the society our forefathers created and to pursue our own free destiny.
The US Democrats want open borders and promote identity politics ideology to divide the nation into ethnic groups and blame all ills on indigenous white supremacy.
The EU sole aim is a federal Europe, governed by a globalist elite, where one size fits all and free movement mixes populations to dilute sovereignty and to produce an EU army and gradually introduce measures that further dilute individual countries control of their own affairs, until, eventually, they become just regions of a European empire, similar to the old Soviet Union.
Mal and Jon, with their, I want everyone to be happy, hats on will probably see it as conspiracy theory, but watch carefully and look for the signs.
It is Trump and Johnson who are leading the fight.

BB.

Foreigners weren't 'welcomed to stay' by the government, that's simply untrue.

They were made to jump through hoops despite being promised that their rights would be granted automatically.

Hi BB

you're right. I didn't comment on your suggestion that more Labour supporters might be racist. because ...

'...you need to produce very compelling evidence to vilify people with that epithet.'

The hypocrisy is the Tory policy that will likely prevent workers like those in the video from coming to the UK in the future.

The policy will allow the UK to 'cherry pick' (remember how you are so disapproving of that) the 'brightest and the best' from other countries.

Or so they say... Perhaps it's something different eh?

Hi Mal,

The low skilled workers you refer to, came here in large numbers under the EU free movement rule, and despite the advent of Brexit, have been welcomed to stay by the government, enjoy the full benefits of our social system, and been invited to apply for UK citizenship. They came here of their own volition and were happy to stay and work under the pay, conditions and social benefits of our system. And with the fight against the virus, those who work in the NHS etc. have been rightfully applauded by the government and the general public, along with everyone else who works in the NHS.
The proposed points based immigration policy being worked on for future reference, doesn't reflect in any way on those already here and welcomed to stay. The policy, when finalised, will do what every sovereign county does, which is decide who will be allowed into their country, based on requirement and what is deemed in best interest of the country. There's no hypocrisy in that at all.
As I said, the guy who made that video should have called it racial hypocrisy.
I notice you didn't comment on my guess that more racists might be found among Labour supporters.

You have every right to criticize your government ,

if this were Corbyn in power now , making such a mess , the press would have torn him to shreds , and rightly so !

Nope BB

Not spin - I just don't see it as an attack. I see the positive in it. It's what I try to do.

I will say this though in response to the Tory hypocrite title that the guy used.

It is current / post Brexit Tory immigration policy that so called 'low skilled workers' will not be granted access to work in the UK under their points based system. So if a group of immigrant workers who would fall into that category say it's hypocritical for Tory politicians to applaud them every Thursday knowing that policy would exclude them from living and working here, then they really do have a point.

I'm not sure, but perhaps it could be connected to the fact that every Tory MP bar one voted to block a payrise for the NHS, and the same people are taking great pride in clapping loudly in support of medical staff during the present crisis? Just a wild guess, obvs.

Hi Mal,

Spin it anyway you wish, but the title was, what the maker called, the Tory hypocrites.
If he had called it the racial hypocrites, l would have agreed with it.
Of course there are racists and I abhor them as much as you or anyone else.
You're not stupid, it was a deliberate racist slur against Tories and you know it, and so did Ken, who often posts anti Tory messages.
Of course there will be Tory racists, but do you think they would number any less in the Labour party?
Who would be most likely to say that foreigners are stealing our jobs?
So then why not title it Labour hypocrites, or any other group or faction?
He should have called it, as I suggested, racial hypocrites and left politics out of it.
