Hi Cam,

Thanks for that, but I spoke too soon and its done it again. I'll try writing across the whole page and see if that makes a difference. It puzzles me why only on this thread. But I'm not that bothered, it's not stopping me joining in.

BB.

Hi noj,

Yes,
I enjoy a banter, if and when I ever get one.
Had some fun on the old forum.
Did a post on amino attraction composed mostly in song titles.
And another in CB radio speak.
You gotta fix on me c' mon?

Hi BB,
It's usually down to some posters inability post a link up correctly or an oversized picture but I have gone thru' the thread and have only suppressed one message (don't get upset/send me a pm asking why, it's nothing personal) which I thought might be the one that done it. I don't think it has solved it 100% mind.

Not sure if the size of the thread has anything to do with it, will run that past Karlo.

Keep safe

Hi Scozza,

Thanks for the advice.
Rest assured, I haven't been out the house since the start of the lockdown.
I know what it feels like to struggle for breath. It's not nice.
Politics is not everyone's thing, but it's livened up the thread today.
Got to do something to pass the time during lockdown.
Get bored with Nash Supersonic squid verses Mainline Massive Monster Munch.

BB.

Edit.
I don't want to tempt fate, but the screen has just stayed narrow.

The box each post is in is stretched on my iPhone.
I think it must be your posts BB, the problem appears to be excess white on the far right

Don't you mean £1000's a week. They were talking about some places charging £1500 a week (£75,000 a year ) on the Jeremy Vine show this morning

Hi Guys,

I've just tried turning it off and back on again, but no difference.
And when it goes to wide screen it won't shrink down again.
I have the tablet so the longer 10 inch side is horizontal. That way, I can enlarge the print.
I remember this happening on a very long bait thread a while ago.
Strange that it only does it on this thread. I've gone to other threads to see and they're ok.
Just have to lump it.

Back on topic but can someone explain to me why a private care home charging £1000's a month for private residents can be demanding PPE and tests from government. They themselves should be providing a safe sterile environment with all PPE for workers and residents.

I know its the right thing to supply these homes at these times, but they are still raking in money what about the owners make donations to NHS.

Hi Guys,

Sorry to go off topic, but can someone explain why this thread and only this thread keeps going into a wide screen format?
It's annoying, because on my 10 inch tablet, the normal width format, I can enlarge to relieve eye strain.
