I wonder how that percentage fits in comparison with the demographic in those professions...?

Each time I hear one of the politicians telling us with their sincerest voice that the virus 'doesn't discriminate' (usually because someone very wealthy or in Government - or both has caught it) I simply think - of course it doesn't, our society has done that job for it already...

maybe part immunity has built up over generations to exposure of similar viruses in ethnic groups before mass migration ????

Also a major point that has been forgotten , an unreliable test is worse than no test ,a phrase straight from Hancocks mouth , Shhh ! dont wake the clock !

122k tests but 27k of those are home tests that have been posted out and not actually happened yet, just hurriedly posted out so they can pat themselves on the back!

I'm sure I heard a stat the other day that 44% of doctors/consultants that have died with COVID-19 are black/ asian. Totally out of proportion to the population demographics. Can't see those living in cramped overcrowded conditions.

Copied directly off the government website , not off spankwire or godisgood etc etc , not hyperbole , as much as we can trust em , not everything is a conspiracy etc etc etc BONG BONG BONG , here goes !

As of 9am on 1 May, there have been 1,023,824 tests, with 122,347 tests on 30 April.

762,279 people have been tested, of whom 177,454 have tested positive.

As of 5pm on 30 April, of those who tested positive for coronavirus in the UK, 27,510 have died. This new figure includes deaths in all settings, not just in hospitals. The equivalent figure under the old measure would have been 23,229.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Tests,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, People tested,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Positive,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Deaths
Daily,,,,,,,,122,347,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,73,191 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 6201,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 739
Total,,,,,,,,1 023 824 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 762,279,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 177,454 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,27,510

make of them what you want to ! 73 191 have been tested yesterday not 100 000 , i am impressed that we have managed this achieved in a relatively short time span although it's a month overdue ! and not quite the 250 000 that Boris the gobshi*e promised weeks ago !

Todays huge revelation is that the virus has a greater effect on those living in more deprived areas.

As David Byrne might say... 'Same as it ever was..'

I think the Chinese numbers are possible, but only because they can get away with treating their population so badly and completely stopping movement of people. Who knows? ('who' not 'the W.H.O.' obviously)

Agreed with testing hold the bus the MSM are now disputing the amount because its taking into account home testing kits, BBC say it includes 18,000 home testing kits sent out so in my book that's still over 100,000

The death rate is slowing but still high but reducing

Testing high numbers will produce higher numbers of sufferers but now with greater testing it may be able to identify the total estimated scale of spread and also where its spreading. They have started testing on a broader range of people so a pattern might start to appear.

Resistance is futile 😀 the figures will be manipulated by everyone to prove their point of view. Every country has manipulated their figures and will carry on doing so. The UK are now recording from all areas whilst others are still recording just hospitals, only first cause of death not second or supplemental causes or just plain distorting figures.

Everyone will claim either victory, they could have done better or the others are lying. This is not over yet by a long way and whilst some applaud our efforts some play a blame game and some exploit it for gain in the future we are not out of the woods by a long way.

The test showing you have had it is another step to climb and 1 claims it 99% accurate so will we all get it, who knows? And talking of have you had it tests has China refunded the UK for the 3.5 million test that were useless?

Hopefully the vaccine tests work and then itís available for everyone who wants it, some wonít as they donít want to be monitored, mind controlled and oppressed by the dark side, but hey no thatís their choice. But the vast majority getting vaccinated will protect them whilst they think they hold the moral high ground!

Mates test has just come back negative for CV for both of them 👍🏻 But shows heís pregnant 😀 his Mrs is livid and a looking for the father 😀
