A variation of Stockholm syndrome seems to have broken out !
"Wish i could rely on the tests being accurate" is not some whacky criticism of the government ,Noj , do you not think the same !

In reply to Post #3760 Not starting a debate. And yes no government would have come through smelling of roses but seriously, can anyone sit there and say “well done Boris & co.” ??
It’s a moot point comparing what this government has done to one that isn’t in charge may or may not have done. What we’ve had is wasted money, corruption and unnecessarily delayed responses. That’s facts.
My point was that you said it was better to have bought dodgy tests than no tests, my point being it would have been even better to buy working tests. It’s like saying it’s better to buy a car that doesn’t start than to not buy one at all. I’d rather not be out of pocket wouldn’t you? Especially when it’s me, you and everyone else that will have to pay for them...unless Rishi keeps taking a lead out of Corbyn’s manifesto and implements the same taxes he was going to on the wealthy and corporations

In reply to Post #3764 I’m not a die hard tory by any means but when people like yourself come on here and continually go on and on with your anti government agenda the natural reaction for some of us is to resist.
Right I’ve booked my appointment with the local tip so I am too busy as I load up the car.

In reply to Post #3762 They are on the increase in Bolton , recently , you will find that as rates go up so will the amounts of tests in that area , as Bolton has

Tinhead , Noj really , have you been in a cave for the last 6 months , we are in the mess we are now in economically and with one of the worst death rates because of this bumbling idiot . you would expect to sacrifice one to save the other , like Sweden .
Your denial of this is bordering on the ridiculous , yes , all countries have made a few mistakes , as expected , but the majority of what has happened in this country regarding procurement of ppe , lack of ventilators and the herd immunity policy and following U turn has been beyond a shambles
I am just going to have my say , please don't respond because i'm busy , ha ha , straight out of Boris's handbook , not quite how it works lads !

In reply to Post #3761 Covid rates all over the world are on the increase again
No they aren't, it's just we are testing more LINK
Look at the death data, we are down to 2 or 3 a day now, more people are dying by falling down the stairs while trying to post some anti-Government ******** on Facebook
Also worth listening to this guy LINK

In reply to Post #3760 Agreed and I think most people outside of this thread and in the real world would do so to some extent.
Covid rates all over the world are on the increase again so no one is fully in control
PS
I'm busy today as well

In reply to Post #3759 I’ve got too much on today to begin one of your debates
Obviously accurate tests would’ve been convenient, problem is the knock off merchants had the world over a barrel periodically and necessity got us bitten.
The point is whoever was in power would’ve appeared to make a hash of Covid. Name one central business and transport hub that’s populated by selfish ****s who haven’t come out smelling of turds

In reply to Post #3757 Or they could have spent billions on working tests 🤷🏻♂️ Probably would have been the best thing to do.
It’s by the by anyway because they don’t know how to use testing data properly even though they have ‘experts’ that advise them.

Do a bit of research into how £100's of millions has been given to donors and friends of the Tory party to procure ppe and ventilators , not just you're average genuine mistake , have you already forgotten jcb and hoover making ventilators , i thought this had been completely done to death !
Stay alert .

In reply to Post #3756 What if they’d all been ok but we didn’t buy any?
Then they’d be savaged for not providing tests..
No government has or will come out of this looking good, even NZ have dropped a bollock

In reply to Post #3755 Don’t need to dig deep. Wasted money on tests that weren’t proven to be effective. Not forgetting the millions of faulty ones.
