In reply to Post #17 Main thing that's handy is the password storage. Passwords are used/shared on all your Chrome instances. I hate remembering passwords!
Just Pm me all your banking details along with your passwords and I'll keep em safe for you mate! No trouble at all, do it by PM though as you know what some on this forum are like.

In reply to Post #16 Google provide a free Chrome app, it's in the AppStore.
Then, if you like, you can log into Chrome (with a Gmail account for example) and if you do it on both desktop and iPhone you can have your data sync between them. This is handy if your fishing and you bookmark a site, when you get home and turn your PC on, the bookmark will be on there too.

I have just tried to reproduce the issue on my iPhone, and I get the same thing...albeit when using Safari.
I'd highly recommend using Chrome, Safari is dogsh1t at the best of times.
I'll see if I can get a fix anyway, visiting the site now...

The code that is annoying you is for GDPR compliance.
I will have to see if I can find another site that provides the service , BUT, a site that has better code.
If it was code I had written myself I could fix it

In reply to Post #11 I’m also now getting problems with the gumtree site. Not sure if it’s connected with this problem but I’m getting messages saying java script may be disconnected or being blocked etc.

In reply to Post #9 Of course.....
Karlos knows about it so I guess everyone with this problem will have to wait until he finds a solution.

In reply to Post #4 Just turn it back on when leaving this forum.
Yes you shouldn’t need to but until it’s fixed there’s 2 options

In reply to Post #4 Just out of interest, how have you managed to post this?

If you turn off the java setting you can’t click on the link boxes on most websites. So it can’t be done.
This forum is a pain in the backside now on iPhone with this privacy pop up.I don’t use a laptop so this forum is now useless to me.
