Seems ironic that you are drawing attention to yourself but are poo poo'ing "consultants, media stars or just wannabeís".

This is where me and modern carp angling go our separate ways.

Iíve never heard of them.

No disrespect meant and I wish them well but just not my cup of tea along with all the other Ďconsultants, media stars or just wannabeís.

Two things in life which always puzzle me:

I did 22 years in the army but seem to be the only ex squaddy I know of that didnít have some involvement
( direct or indirect) with the SAS or Special Forces.

Iíve been carp fishing since the 70ís and have never been sponsored, consulted and am a total unknown.

Any others out there?

I am guessing that being Sponsored rather than employed by Korda will give them greater freedom to pursue their channel whilst having a significant sponsor to help pay the bills and open up more doors to other endorsements from the likes of mainline, Trakker and Diawa, which tends to go hand in hand with Korda affiliation?

I just hope they dont forget the support and opportunity that was given to them from the Team at Nash and burn any bridges, the angling world is a very small place.

I'm guessing this was part of the reason they left Nash.

I see after leaving Nash to do their own thing, they are now sponsored by Korda. Good move by fairbrass getting them on board.
