It's just the way of the world now, people love to be offended on behalf of others.

I didn't realise the carp world was so PC. After some of the wind ups you guys bragged about, one simple 9iss take about acne and it's like I used the 'N' word to a nun. What's the matter, too cold to go fishing ?

I haven't dissed their work but I do think it's too much about self promotion and that's not for me. That's all. Now run along and squeeze your spots.

And yes, when my grandson gets acne he'll probably be called pizza face. If he crumples and get's his mates to slag me off I'll just tell him to 'man up' and get on with it.

On a charm offensive today arenít you? Anyway as this Is a fishing forum Iíll refrain from personal insults and again state that I think the videos are worth a watch. Especially their early day stuff reminds me of me and my mate fishing as kids

You seem like a lovely man. Will you be equally as rude when your grandsons develop acne?

I'm only jealous. If you have acne it means you are young and have years of fishing ahead of you. Get over yourselves you hyper sensitive morons.

Personally I think their videos are great? As said by a previous poster they are making a living out of their passion so fair play to them? Commenting on their appearance is just unkind.

Carl, the older brother, has a rather lovely girlfriend - who, incidentally, he met on the bank when she showed an interest in a carp he'd just caught in snowy winter conditions...

Sorry, that wasn't meant to be a reply to the previous post - I clicked the wrong button!

Your a ****ing bellend.Carl and Alex have been doing this since they were very young. They always come across polite and friendly towards other people.I have watched them for a while and they have made some brilliant videos.
If all you can do is pick up on they suffered with a bit of acne which most teenagers do then it shows what an absolute **** you are

u tubing is the way of the world now love it or hate it. that's the way it is, people are making a very good living from posting videos on u tube and getting sponsored to do it.

personally I have no interest in filming anything I do in fishing. I have watched some videos and just think it must take hours to put together, for example a shot of someone pushing a barrow past the camera, first they would have to set the camera up, then walk past it then go back and collect?

if they have the time to do that, then spend hours editing it all good luck to you.

there are 100's of people making videos on u tube about fishing, some are a good watch a lot I have seen are boring as hell, 5 mins of the journey to the lake, 10 mins of setting ect ect

everyone now a days want to make a living from fishing, in reality there are still very few anglers that are full time and get paid to do it.

I'm looking forward to watching a few.

Fair play to them I say. A couple of youngsters getting off their backsides and doing something constructive should be encouraged.

Doing video documentaries takes a lot of time and effort. I did a video diary a few years ago of an 8 day trip up Kilimanjaro. It took loads of effort during the trip and even more effort to edit when I got home.

I've thought about doing them for fishing but decided against it. I go fishing to relax mainly, taking stills, cut away shots and all that stuff takes the relaxation away for me.
