Thanks for your reply.

The media know it's happening but they're not reporting it.

I'm hoping that standing in this election will at the very least give me the opportunity to speak out about it.

Just listened to it and itís absolutely barbaric and a scandal that it was ever put into practice.

Iím amazed that the government havenít being hauled over the coals over this. I hope in time that they are and that youíre in a position to bring justice for those that have being left behind leaving a feeling of helplessness.

There was a case once of where a patients daughter refused for her mother to be put on the pathway and she went on to recover and as far as Iím aware is still living today. Not saying my mum would have survived but to watch her suffer like she did was barbaric and to this day still plays on my mind some 12 years later.

Iíll take a look at that, cheers.

Does seem barbaric as all,I can think about prior to my mother passing was a nurse denying a swab to keep my dying mums lips from cracking.

Itís disgusting and Iím surprised the government hasnít being brought to task over it.

Very sadly, lots of people have had similar experiences.

NHS England has reintroduced it in response to Covid-19.

I've made a video about it, which can be found on my website.
(If you google my name, Michael Elston, you'll find it)

Kind regards,
Michael

My mother was placed on this and thankfully it was then stopped in 2014.

In my opinion it was simply barbaric.

I was stopped from even letting her having a sip of water and still to this day itís constantly on my mind that despite my questioning I was told that sheís not to have any....

Who on earth came up with this idea and how was it ever passed?.

Anyone else had to go through similar?.
