Started fishing on a new lake, about 10 acres with aprox 15 fish in it..Yesterdag was the 1st session and during the short morning on the bank I could see a bright orange koi showing itselve twice, but none of the other fish could be seen or found. The morning past uneventfull and just before leaving I baited the area and decided to return this morning. I saw allot more fish show now, and at 08.30 one of the rods was gone. 46lb+
Probably one of the top 3 of the lake...

Happy days...:-)

Just back from a few days to a holidaypark...big lake, low stock..
Walked my legs off to find them, but they played hard to get. Could not find them, except for 1 day when the sun was out and they where close in..
1 pop-up..60cm of water...5 minutes..

Martin you’re a gent. I gave up after a few attempts and hit the booze.
There were 2 more if you’re feeling generous...?

Few fish from a recent session at Farlows lake. Bit of luck with a very productive margin doing two thirties in less than two hours.
All fish taken on spicy fish boilies using a nice simple snowman rig.
Casting closer to an island than I was comfortable doing but definitely paid off (despite several lost leads).
Venue has a great stock and when it’s not too busy is a real pleasure to fish.
Total of 9 fish landed in 48 hour session with 2 thirties, 6 twenties and an upper double common.
Pick of the bunch:
