The Trakker EQ is quite light but the spreader block design isnít great. Itís very stiff and awkward to take apart and put the arms back in. Iíve now gone back to my Sonik SKS which isnít quite as light but is very easy to set up.

Agreed, bought the cc30 2pc version. Got a great deal on it. Last night first time use. It acted briliantly, had 2 fish at same time no problem. Its light and sturdy and compact. I love it.

I've recently bought the Saber Carbon 2 piece.
Nice net for the price, and very light.
The spreader block (if you can call it that!) is tiny, and it can be a faff getting the arms in, but other than that

How do you find the nets moves in the water Josh, need a lot of pressure to shift it or not?
(Note you do boat work so I'm guessing it's pretty good, assuming you use it for that)

Had a few people handle it on the bank to land fish for me and they were all impressed and surprised that it was Prologic. I didn't pay anywhere near full price (got it on Total Fishing Tackle eBay auction for c.£50) but it is better than many other nets I've used in the £50-£100 bracket (not used many high end ones to compare)

I have the Prologic CC30 net and it is fantastic. Very light, very sturdy and looks good to boot. I have a 1 piece handle though, didn't realise they did it in 2 piece, but assuming it is the same material very good kit

I have an Angling Direct Adanta discovery CX that came with a two piece landing net handle I dont know if they are still doing them as I've just googled but could not find the two piece version they had the one piece on the web site but out of stock, I picked it up in the Swindon store one day whilst passing it's not one of my main landing nets just a backup for when I'm in the boat nice feature is the aluminium spreader it makes it nice and light combined with the fact the arms have inbuilt foam floats at the tips of the arms, a good net for under £45.
