In reply to Post #2395 On the wine Ken.... methinks your lot have spent a few Bob the last couple of seasons.... a mate of mine is Brighton, he goes home and away every week never misses a game, he then follows England home and away... he had to miss one game in the Russian World Cup, flew out watched a game and returned all in 24 hours then flew back to watch the remainder... he also watches a lot of England cricket and Rugby, I class him as a super fan along with his wife who accompanies him to every match regardless
As for myself, I go a few times a season with my two lads and an old mate, especially to the European nights, just started taking my grandson he loves it, I’d love to go more often but I can’t commit every week, we’ve had some success over the years and a lot of heartache but you can’t beat a live game whatever the result.... TTID COYS !!!

In reply to Post #2395 but it takes real guts to support a team like Wolves, or Brighton or Southampton....or West Ham

In reply to Post #2394 You Top Six talk amongst yourselves, and leave this thread to blokes that know the true meaning of football, i.e. when you don't buy the league. Anybody can support the Mancs (either colour) but it takes real guts to support a team like Wolves, or Brighton or Southampton. Then, of course, you have a truly great team that won the World Cup...Come on you Irons! Another tasty three points again today...

In reply to Post #2393 I agree.
But I'm greedy and want both
So....
The European transfer window is close to slamming shut (they never close it quietly do they)
Spurs fans are worried that Eriksen will leave
Real Madrid fans are worried that Pogba will arrive
And Liverpool fans are really worried that Lovren will stay and Klopp will feel obliged to put him on a football field...!

In reply to Post #2390 Well it wouldn't been any of our defenders winning it that's for sure
Just glad Messi or Ronaldo didn't win it

In reply to Post #2388 Yep. Simple second place for the spuds in that group Ralphy....
City got an easy draw.
Our group looks fine. Napoli always tricky....
Think chelski might struggle....
VVD UEFA player of the year ahead of Messi and Ronaldo
